7. Maintenance and inspection
7.1 Safety measures

7.4 Cleaning the filter sieve
1. Unscrew cover of the filling opening,
2. put your hand through the opening and pull out
suction hose,
3. clean filter,
4. carry out steps 1-3 in reverse order.

Action
Remove adhering dirt and diesel fuel.
Visual check for damage
Check hoses for cracks and porosity, check valves for leaks
(replace defective parts).
Clean (see section 7.4)
Inspection by experts with:
- Documentation in the Test report (see section 10)
Entry with waterproof pen on type plate
Possible cause
Hoses are blocked or kinked
Air bubbles in the liquid
Battery voltage too low
Battery empty
Battery not inserted correctly
Solution
Check hoses
Leave the tank to stand for a few
minutes
