5. Charge the Battery
1. Connect the DC power supply/battery charger unit to
the +5V
connection on the side of the unit (Ref:

Figure 2).
2. The battery can also be charged using the USB
connections (Ref: Figure 2).
3. The device can be charged when either ON or OFF.
Charge times can be longer when the device is ON.

6. Basic Modes
6.1 Power On
When the device is OFF: push the power button (Ref:
Figure 2) until the display shows the dashboard screen.

6.3 Sleep Mode
Push and release the power button to select the sleep
mode.
6.4 Power up from Sleep Mode
Ref: Section 6.1, "Power On," on page 2.
When energized (power-up) from sleep mode, the
instrument always opens the last screen shown before
sleep mode was selected.
6.5 Themes
Two color themes are available: Druck Dark and Druck
Light. Select the wanted theme for the light level. Tap the
Settings
icon to access Themes.

The Druck DPI620G can be used as a:

Calibrator (with independent functions on each of six
channels).

HART® Communicator (Optional)
•
Foundation Fieldbus Communicator (Optional)
•
Profibus (Optional).
