Step 4. Apply Garment(s) to Limb(s)
The Controller can operate with one or two garments attached. Consult the instruc-
tions provided with your garment(s) to make sure each garment is aligned correctly
on your limb(s).
Applying Leg Sleeve(s)
• Open your sleeve with tubing side down (away from your limb) and place under your
leg.
• Note that the tubing connector should be at the ankle.
• Wrap the garment around the limb and press to secure.
• Check the fit to be sure the garment is not too loose or too tight. You should be able
to fit two fingers between the garment and your limb.
• Plug the other end of the tubing into the connection point(s) on your garment(s).
• Make sure the tubing set(s) are securely connected at both ends and there are no
kinks in the tubing.

WARNING
Make sure garments are positioned so that the tubing does not form pressure
points on the limb(s).
Remove garment if you experience numbness, tingling, or leg pain and call your
physician.
The tubing connector should be at the ankle.

Applying Foot Cuff(s)
• Open your garment with tubing side down (away from your limb) and place under
your foot.
• For proper fit, ensure the heel is aligned with the edge of the cuff.
• Use the image on the cuff for help aligning.
• Wrap the garment around the foot and hook securely.
• Wrap the strap around the back of your ankle, attaching it to the front of the cuff.
• The cuff should fit snug, but not too tight.
• Plug the other end of the tubing into the connection point(s) on your garment(s).
• Make sure the tubing set(s) are securely connected at both ends and there are no
kinks in the tubing.
