Servicing
Please check the following before contacting the servicing department:
1. Place one cup of water (approx. 150 ml) in a glass container inside the oven and close the
door securely. The light inside should go off if the door is closed properly. Turn the oven on
for 1 minute.
2. Does the oven lamp work?
3. Does the cooling fan work? (Put your hand over the rear ventilation openings.)
4. Does the turntable rotate? (The turntable can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. Both
directions are normal.)
5. Is the water inside the oven hot?
If the answer to any of the above questions is "NO", check the wall socket and the fuse.
