Microwave Oven Care
WARNING:
The oven should be cleaned regularly and any food residue must be removed.
WARNING:
a. Remove the power cord from the wall socket before cleaning and once products
have been cooled. Co not immerse the appliance in water or other fluids when
cleaning.
b. Failure to maintain the oven clean could lead to deterioration of the surface which,
in turn, could adversely affect the lifespan of the appliance and possibly result in
hazards.
c. Never use any harsh detergents, gasoline, any abrasive powder or metal brushes
to clean any part of the appliance.
d. Do not remove the waveguide cover.
e. When the microwave oven has been used for a long time, unusual odors may be
observed; they can be removed in three manners:
1) Place several lemon slices in a cup and heat them at a high micro power for 2-3
min.
2) Place a cup of red tea inside the oven, then heat at a high power.
3) Place some orange peel into the oven, and then heat at a high micro power for
1 minute.
f. When the product is not used, it should be left in a dry and ventilated area.
WARNING:
Cleaning surfaces that enter in contact with food:
After use, wipe the waveguide cover with a damp cloth, followed by a dry cloth,
to remove any food splashes and grease. Any built up grease may overheat and,
consequently, generate smoke or ignite.
