2.5) Manual release
The release button (7) allows the ram to return to its initial position at any time.
2.6) Led
Whilst the tool is in operation, the compression area is lit with four high-luminosity LED lights that
switch off automatically after 180 seconds of inactivity.
2.7) Head rotation
For ease of operation, the tool head can rotate through 180°, allowing the operator to work in the
most comfortable position.
Do not attempt to rotate the head when the hydraulic circuit is pressurised.
2.8) Battery status
Press button (P) (Fig. 2) to activate the LED indicators that
show the remaining battery life at any time:
1 LED flashing: minimum charge,
replace the battery
2 LEDs illuminated: 50 % capacity
4 LEDs illuminated: fully charged
The tool will still be able to signal a low battery status to the operator:
Illuminated worklights (2) combined with an audible alarm
when the operating button (3) is pressed, indicate that the
battery voltage has dropped below a minimum safety
threshold; under these conditions the tool will not start, and
it is necessary to recharge or replace the battery.
To replace the battery, remove it by pressing the release button (9)
(Ref. to Fig. 1), then insert the new battery, sliding it into the guides
until it locks.
