OPERATION
Connecting and Powering On
Plug the power cord into the outlet and turn on the switch (red color). When the light turns on, you will hear a beep sound
and the screen will light up..
Safety Key
The treadmill can only start when the safety key is placed on the yellow area of the console.
Attach the safety key to your clothes while using the treadmill to prevent accidents. Pulling the safety key out will stop
the treadmill immediately. Replace it to continue using the treadmill.
Button Functions
Start Button:
When the machine is powered on, press the start button to begin using the treadmill.
Stop Button:
When the treadmill is running, press the stop button to stop the machine. All data will be cleared. After stopping,
the screen will return to manual mode.
Program Button:
When the treadmill is in standby mode, press this button to cycle through automatic programs (P1 - P12) and
manual mode (the default running mode of the system).
Mode Button:
When the treadmill is in standby mode, press this button to cycle through 3 countdown modes: time countdown,
distance countdown, and calorie countdown.
Speed ± Button:
When the treadmill is running, use these buttons to adjust the speed. Press Speed + to increase the speed and
Speed - to decrease it.
Speed Direct Button:
When the treadmill is running, use this button to adjust the speed to a specific value. Press the button to choose
between speeds of 2, 4, or 6 MPH.
