Troubleshooting
Problem
Blender does not operate
and all LEDs are flashing in
a steady pattern.
Liquid is splashing out of
the jug.
Jug is leaking at the bottom.
Motor base is moving on
the countertop.
Blender does not operate
and the START/STOP but-
ton is flashing in a pattern
of three short flashes.

Potential Causes
Jug or Smoothie2Go
attachment is not properly
attached.
Smoothie2Go blade group
is not properly screwed
onto the bottle.
Lid gasket is not mounted
properly, loose or even
torn.
Jug lid or measuring cap
are not closed properly.
Jug is overfilled.
Blade group gasket is loose
or even torn.
Jug blade group is not pro-
perly screwed onto the jug.
Rubber feet are not clean.
The thermal protection is
activated to protect the
motor from overheating.
The blade is blocked.
Lid or container was deta-
ched during operation.
If the error does not disappear contact Braun Customer
Service.
Solution
Check the correct position
of the attachment and of
the lid.
Remove the Smoothie2Go
attachment from the motor
base. Unscrew the blade
group from the bottle,
check the positioning and
screw it correctly onto the
bottle.
Ensure that the gasket is
mounted properly.
Close the lid and measu-
ring cap.
Follow the maximum quan-
tity recommendation in the
processing table.
Ensure that the gasket is
mounted properly.
Screw the blade group
properly onto the jug.
Clean the rubber feet to
ensure a good grip.
Turn the blender off, un-
plug and wait at least 15
minutes before resuming
operation.
Turn the blender off and
remove the container from
the motor base. Check if
ingredients are blocking
the blade.
Ensure that the lid and
attachment are mounted
properly.
