Configuring gateway
1. Load the Hilti Concrete Sensors app on to a mobile device.
2. Open the app and select "New project".
You also have the option of selecting an existing project.
3. Select "Add gateway" from the control panel +.
4. Scan the QR code.
▶ The QR code is below the AC supply socket.
5. Assign a name to the gateway.
6. Press "Save".
▶ A green tick confirms correct addition of the gateway.
If the green tick does not appear, check the AC supply of the gateway and the network connection
of the mobile device and try again. If the green tick still does not appear after several attempts,
contact Hilti Service.

yourself, contact Hilti Service.

Disposal of the products
8.1
Disposal of the gateway
•
The HCS Gateway is a rental product rented from Hilti. Make sure that the HCS Gateway, the transport
box and the associated cables are returned.
•
Consult Hilti Service immediately if:
You notice damage to the product.
The product is non-operational.
You want to return the product.
•
Do not dispose of the product yourself.
•
Do not attempt to repair the product yourself.

Disposal
WARNING
Risk of injury due to incorrect disposal! Health hazards due to escaping gases or liquids.
▶ DO NOT send batteries through the mail!
▶ Cover the terminals with a non-conductive material (such as electrical tape) to prevent short circuiting.
▶ Dispose of your battery out of the reach of children.
▶ Dispose of the battery at your Hilti Store, or consult your local governmental garbage disposal or public
health and safety resources for disposal instructions.
