better than in conventional ovens, as
the heat reaches the inside of the food
better, making it cook more evenly
and uniformly. As the food cooks more
quickly, it does not lose its juices.
•
On the other hand, the fan function
helps to defrost food faster.
•
The fan ensures a ventilation system
that prevents the outer surface of the
oven from overheating and damaging
its circumference. This fan creates an
airflow that ensures that the hot air
is discharged through the ventilation
holes. In addition, it creates an air
curtain between the control panel and
the door to prevent these two parts
and the components above them from
overheating. The circulation of air
through the fan prevents condensation
resulting from heat and humidity on the
electrical and mechanical components,
and ensures that they are safe and
durable.
•
The operating principle of the fan may
vary depending on the product model.
USAGE TIPS
•
Keep a distance from the oven when
opening the door as steam may escape
and cause burns.
•
Use suitable metal plates with non-
stick coating or aluminium pans or
heat-resistant silicone moulds.
•
When baking, place baking tins in the
middle of the tray or rack.
•
Select the correct position of the tray or
rack before switching on the oven (see
picture 08 on page 8). Do not change the
position of the tray while the oven is
hot.
•
Keep the oven door closed.
•
Once the cooking time is up, keep the
meat in the oven for about 10 minutes.
This way, the juices will be distributed
•
throughout the roast and will not run
out when the meat is cut.
•
Place the fish on a heat-resistant plate
and place it on the centre or bottom
grill.

•
If you are grilling on the grid, place a
baking sheet on the bottom to catch
drippings. Put some water on the
baking tray
•
for easy cleaning.
•
Food that is not suitable for roasting
may cause fires. Do not place food on
the top of the oven. This is the hottest
area
•
and particularly fatty foods could easily
burn.
•
If you are baking any type of cake and
notice that it is burning on top, cover
the cake with aluminium foil and place
the
•
pan or rack in a lower position. Reduce
the temperature and increase the
baking time.
Energy saving tips:
•
Use enamel-coated or dark-coloured
baking materials that transmit heat
better.
•
Opening the oven door frequently while
cooking food will cause cold air to enter
the oven, resulting in a loss of energy.
•
For this reason, do not open the oven
door more often than necessary.
•
The residual heat left after baking with
the oven can be used for the next meal.
•
For all baking processes, preheat the
oven for at least 10 minutes.
•
Thaw frozen foods before baking.
•
Turn off the oven a few minutes before
the end of the cooking time.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
So that your product does not deteriorate
over time and use, follow the cleaning and
maintenance instructions below:
• Wait until the appliance is off and is
not hot to carry out cleaning and/or
maintenance.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning products
or scouring pads, or products that
may contain soda, acids, chlorides or
solvents. Also do not use high pressure
or steam jet cleaners.
• Take care when cleaning the surface
