Place the aircraft seat belt through both green hip belt guiders and close
the aircraft seat belt buckle. (1)

Pull the strap end of the aircraft seat belt to tighten it fully. (2)

Take care that the aircraft seat belt buckle is not in or against one of the
green hip belt hooks. (3)

If this problem occurs, you can use a belt shortener to shorten the belt
as described below, so that the buckle placement is no longer conflicting
with the lap belt guider. Note that a belt shortener is not included with
the seat but is available as a service part. Please contact BeSafe to
request one.
9.
Note that the shoulder belt guider on the backside of the seat stays
unused when installing the seat on an aircraft seat.
