Preparing hot ingredients
• If you prepare hot drinks or soups, leave to cool to a temperature lower than
approximately 60°C, (warm mixture) before pouring into the mixing jug and do
not exceed 750 m l.
• When mixing hot liquids, careful attention must be paid to avoid splashing hot
liquid which may cause burns. Do not forget to close the feeder opening on the
lid using the feeder flap.
• In the event that the lid rises while mixing hot ingredients in particular, switch
the appliance off and remove the lid to release the pressure. Operate the appliance
again while holding the lid down firmly. You can also empty part of the mixture
and mix it in several batches.
Operating intervals
• This appliance cannot function continuously as it is not a professional appliance.
You must take breaks in operating. In the event that it is used continuously, your
risk damaging the motor. For this blender, the maximum continuous usage time
is 3 minutes. Breaks in operating must last at least 10 minutes.
