The Athena unit is a multiple-zone chronothermostat for adjusting the ambient
temperature.
During unit installation and operation, it is necessary to follow the
instructions described below:
1) The unit must be installed by a qualifi ed person.
2) The unit must be unplugged during its installation
3) The product must not be switch on or connected if any of its parts are
damaged.
4) Connect the product in accordance with the descriptions given in this
manual and on the unit.
• Power supply: Two 1.5-V alkaline batteries (AAA)
• Duration: approximately twelve months
• Charge reserve: approximately two minutes for battery replacement
• Battery charge status monitoring, with "exhausted battery" message
• Bistable relay output for exchange Maximum capacity of 8 A and 250 Vac, with
resistive load
• "Summer" or "winter" operating mode
• Management of four independent contemporary zones
• ON/OFF temperature adjustment, or proportional with adjustable difference between
0.1 and 1ºC
• Four selectable adjustment setpoints for each time interval

• Automatic winter-summer time change
• Weekly programming with seven daily programmes

• Temperature measurement resolution: 0.1°C
• Precision: ± 0.5°C
• Temperature measurement updated every 30 seconds
