1 Indications for use

The socket adapters 4R63=5/4R63=5�1 (stainless steel) and 4R100=5
(titanium) are to be exclusively used for the prosthetic fitting of amputa-
tions of the lower limb�
Field of application according to the Mobility System MOBIS:
4R63=5, 4R63=5.1
Approved for a patient with a weight of up to 136 kg/300 lbs�
≤ 136 kg / 300 lbs
4R100=5
Approved for a patient with a weight of up to 102 kg/225 lbs.
≤ 102 kg/225 lbs
The socket adapter is recommended for below-knee prostheses and is
integrated as lamination anchor into the laminate of the prosthetic socket�
