altered gait pattern, a change in the positioning of the prosthesis compo-
nents relative to each other and by the development of noises�

3 Handling
3.1 Recommendations for the layup
• Pull a soaked PVA bag 99B81 over the model�
• Pull over 2 layers of Perlon stockinette 623T3�
• Place offset 3 layers of carbon fibre cloth 616G12 (e�g� 15 x15 cm) at
the distal limb end�
• Pull over 2 layers of Perlon stockinette 623T3�
• Insert the enclosed 4X52 Lamination Aid into the socket adapter and
place the adapter on the distal end of the plaster model� Then align the
socket adapter perpendicularly according to the marking of the 4X3
Lamination Protection�
• Thread 699B1 Fiberglass Roving through the bore holes of the anchor
arms and let it hang in loops�
• Fixate (reinforce) the lamination anchor with a mixture of sealing resin
and talcum�
• Place offset 3 layers of carbon fibre cloth 616G12 over the lamination
anchor arms�
• Pull over 1 layer of Perlon stockinette 623T3�
• Pull over 2 layers of carbon stockinette 616G15�
• Pull over 2 layers of Perlon Stockinette 623T3 and tie off�
