4.5. Recording a customized greeting

Access the voice mail dialing #87 , wait for the greeting, and then dial your password.
After that, please follow the menu bellow:
To change the voice mail options, press 5.
To change the type of new message alert, press 4.
After the tone, record your greeting.
Note: do not disconnect your call until the recording is confirmed by a second tone.
Otherwise, the greeting will end with a busy signal sound.
The command: #87 + password + 5 + 4.
To return to the default greeting, dial #87 + password + 5 + 5.

4.6. Answering an external message alert

Once the voice mail is programmed to alert external incoming calls, a message will be
sent "Auto message service, to access press 0 ".
To keep the new message alert, wait for the PBX system to end your call. To end the
new message alert at the end of the recording, dial 3 to erase, or 5 to listen to your
next message.
