3.2.2 Assembly
WARNING: Risk of clamping - Take care that no body parts and wires get trapped,

crushed or cut during assembly.
1. Remove the safety spindle (locking pin) from the
bottom end of the pole by gently pressing the button
at the head of the spindle. The safety spindle can
now be removed easily.
2. Undo the transport lock (wing screw) gently and the
pole can now be raised.

the safety spindle is correctly inserted.
Fix the pole in place by pushing the safety spindle at
the end of the pole in with the pushbutton depressed
until its other end clearly protrudes. Release the
pushbutton on the safety spindle and check that it
cannot be pulled out.
4.
Undo the transport strap (Velcro) of the expanding
bracket. This can now be moved freely to the end of
the pole.
