Guarantee

Excerpt from the "General Business Conditions":
(...)
5. The guarantee period for warranty claims is 24 months.
(...)
Claims are invalid where:
- the deviation from the agreed condition is unimportant
- usability is only minimally impaired
- structural changes to our products
- use of non-original parts
- wear and tear is normal
- faults are due to improper assembly or neglected maintenance
- faults are due to improper use
- errors are due to improper handling by customers or their contractual partners or service
centres
- damage that arises after the transfer of risk as a result of faulty or negligent handling,
excessive demands, unsuitable equipment, faulty assembly or that are due to particular
external factors that are not assumed under the contract.

Disposal

The manufacturer is responsible for taking back and recycling the electric patient
hoist and shall meet the requirements of European Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment. You can find out from your local waste disposal
company where you can take the electrical patient hoist to be recycled free of charge.
It may not be disposed of with domestic waste.
Your dealer will also be able to advise you should you have any queries.
Packaging materials can be taken to disposal or recycling centers or to your
specialist dealer.
