Bread maker Use instructions
LEAVENING.
TO ACTIVATE THE YEAST, WE RECOMMEND TO MIX IT WITH HALF CUP OF WARM WATER AND A SMALL
QUANTITY OF SUGAR.
SALT CAN REDUCE THE RISE OF BREAD LIEVITATION SO IT IS RECOMMENDED NOT TO USE TOO
MUCH. BREAD WITHOUT SALT WILL HAVE BIGGER DIMENSIONS.
EGGS CAN INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE BREAD AND MAKE IT MORE NUTRIENT. IF YOU WANT TO ADD
EGGS TO THE MIXTURE, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO MIX THEM ACCURATELY BEFORE ADDING.
ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE YOU CAN ADD OIL, BUTTER AND OTHER FATS. THESE WILL MAKE THE
BREAD SOFTNER. IT IS SUGGESTED TO MELT THE BUTTER OR SLICE IT IN SMALL PIECES BEFORE
ADDING IT.
RESULTS WILL BE BETTER IF THE TEMPERATURE OF THE WATER USED WILL BE BETWEEN 20 ° C AND
25 ° C. IN ALTERNATIVE TO WATER CAN USE MILK.
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO RESPECT STIRCTLY THE QUANTITIES INDICATED IN THE RECIPES, TO PRE-
VENT THR COMPROMISE OF THE FINAL RESULT.
MORE RECIPES CAN BE AVAILABLE ON WEB SITES OR KITCHEN BOOKS SPECIFIC FOR BREAD MA-
CHINES.

For any improvement reasons, Beper reserves the right to modify or improve the product without any
notice.
The European directive 2011/65/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires
that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal
waste stream. Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and
recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.
The crossed out "wheeled bin" symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation, that when you
dispose of the appliance, it must be separately collected.
