Be sure to turn off the power supply for all equipment
before making any connections.
Using the CMA-D2/D2MD/D2CE/D2MDCE
camera adaptor
There are two methods for connecting the camera and the
camera adaptor.
• Using the CCDC cable which only supplies power to the
CCIR standard,
camera (For connecting method, see page 48.)
PAL color system
• Using the CCMC cable which supplies power to the
CMA-D2MDCE
camera and transmits video signals to the camera adaptor
CMA-D2CE
(For connecting method, see page 49.)
CMA-D3CE
Note
Be sure to use one camera adaptor for each DXC-390/390P
unit.
Although the CMA-D2/D2MD/D2CE/D2MDCE camera
adaptor has two CAMERA connectors (4-pin and 12-pin),
the power consumption of the camera is such that two
camera units cannot be connected at the same time.
Using the CMA-D3/D3CE camera adaptor
The connections using the CMA-D3/D3CE camera adaptor
supply power to the camera and transmit video signals to the
camera adaptor. (For connecting method, see page 52.)
