Troubleshooting schedule

WARNING! Most accidents involving machines occur during trouble shooting, service and
!
maintenance as staff have to locate themselves within the machine's risk area. Prevent accidents
by being alert and by planning and preparing the work.
If service operations or trouble shooting does not require the machine to be switched on, the
power cable must be removed and positioned so that it cannot be connected by mistake.
Problem
Reduced performance
Vibrations
The steel sheers do not
open/close.
The maneuvering of the
steel shears is reversed

MAINTENANCE
Cause
Insufficient hydraulic flow and/or
hydraulic pressure.
Screws and bolts loose or missing.
Hydraulic flow and/or hydraulic pressure
missing.
Reverse delivery and return hose.
Loose connections.
Damaged hoses or couplings.*
Possible action
Make sure that all hydraulic hoses and
connections are intact and correctly connected.
Fault in the hydraulic system.*
Check tightening torque of the screws or bolts.
Replace missing screws.*
Fault in the hydraulic system.*
Connect inlet hose to the tool's intake and the
return hose to the tool's outlet.
Tighten the connections.
Replace damaged hoses or couplings.*
