    GETTING STARTED - tips & tricks BEFORE STARTING: please ensure that the container is at least 50% full. Do not use the oilSPRAY gun without material or spray until completely empty. This avoids creating unnecessary noise & vibration and prevents splatter.
  • Página 5 Spraying other materials? The sprayer is only designed to spray oils of around 18 to 36 DIN/sec. Spraying other materials is likely to produce a different effect. A simple way to reduce the viscosity of food materials is to heat gently via a microwave or water unit, e.g. heating 550 ml of thick butter fat with a viscosity of circa 65 DIN for 20 seconds in a standard microwave can reduce the viscosity to circa 30 DIN/sec without significantly impacting it`s usability.
  • Página 6 Guarantee • The spray gun is guaranteed for six months subject to the enclosed terms and on condition that it is only used for processing products approved for the food industry. • The spray gun is designed to work and rest intermittently and it is not suitable for industrial use, defined as more than three minutes of operation within any eight minute period.
