LOCATING MALFUNCTIONS

The motor doesn´t work
The screed doesn't vibrate
The electric motor is overheating
The vibrating consists of one set of beams of Aluminium or Steel (4 beams) with a length of 2,6m that
extend until 4,5m. To extend the beams, unscrew the tongs and pull them from both extremities.
It consists also of a frame (the vibrating group) that is coupled on the beams and tightened with 4 tongs.
Over the frame, the motor basis is mounted on 4 silent-blocks that insulate the motor from the vibrations,
supporting the motor types, electric and petrol types.

CAUSES/SOLUTIONS
Check the gas level
Check the gas admission key is open.
Check the de choke position (gas).
Check the power source (electric).
Check the cables, the switch and the plug electric.
Check the oil level of the exciter
Check the ecciter's belt.
Clean the air ventilation (inlet and outlet).
Check the power supply type.
