-Before using the product for the first time, unpack the product and check that it is in perfect conditions. If not, do not use the appliance and
contact JOCCA, as the guarantee covers any damage from origin or manufacturing defects.
-This product is only suitable for domestic use. The product is not suitable for professional or industrial use.
-This appliance can be used by children of 8 and more years old as well as by disable people, people with reduced sensorial o mental
capacities, people with lack of experience and knowledge, if the appropriate supervision and instruction of use was provided them in reliable
way and they understand danger it entails. The cleaning and maintenance allow to be realized by the user, must no be realized by the children,
only in case they are more than 8 years old and only under supervision.
-Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of the children younger 8 years old.
-ATTENTION! Take care with the blades, they are sharp and can cause injury.
-Never put your hands on the blades or inside the handle food carrier, you can cut yourself.
-The supplied bowl is not suitable for either the microwave or freezer.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE – ASSEMBLING
-Before using the device for the first time, clean it with soap and water.
-Do not use abrasive detergents or products that may damage the appliance.
-For better healthcare clean your hands with soap before starting assembly the device.
USE OF THE MANDOLIN:
-Assembling: fit the type of blade you want (see Figure 1, 1-5) with the top, as shown in Fig. 2-1 so that the base tabs of the blade are
connected perfectly with the top.
-Press the base of the blade towards the top until you hear a click (see fig. 2-2). To remove the blade, carefully pull it out.
-Fit the food holder into the top securely, pressing 2 side tabs inward (see Fig. 2-3).
-Fit securely the top into the supplied bowl.
-Place the ingredient you want to manipulate within the handle, using the pusher to prevent the food moving (see Fig. 2-4).
NOTE: Cut the ingredients so they do not stick out from the food holder compartment within the handle.
-Slide firmly the food holder handle from one side to another of the top cutting the ingredient (see Fig. 2-5).
USE OF SQUARED CUTTING BLADES:
-Assembling: to assemble and remove the upper movable top, push in the tabs of the lower fixed top (see fig. 3).
-Install the cutting blade grid you want (Fig. 1, 6-7), fixing its tabs firmly on the top, until you hear a click. Make sure it is securely fastened.
-Fix securely the top on the bowl.
-Once you have the chopper ready, place the ingredient you want to cut on the rack of blades, centered as much as possible. Make smooth
cutting of the ingredient to fix it firmly against on blades surface, to prevent the ingredient is moving. Press down the movable top against the
ingredient with both hands. The food will be perfectly cut and placed in the bowl (see fig. 4).
-Use the supplied small fork to clean the leftovers from the top (see fig. 5).

-Do not use abrasive detergents or products that may damage the appliance.
-Keep the appliance in a safe place.
