5.1. MOVING THE WORKTOP UP AND DOWN

Moving parts
Crush hazard for the hands and feet when the worktop height is being adjusted.
» Wear safety shoes and safety gloves.
» Do not place the feet under the spindle lift column.
» Do not reach under the worktop whilst height adjustment is in progress.
» Do not reach into the spindle lift column.
NOTICE
Overloading
Spindle lift system defect due to excessive weight or excessive period of operation.
» Comply with the maximum load capacity of the individual drawers and storage shelves.
» Do not operate the height adjustment continuously for longer than 2 minutes. Then allow a
pause of 18 minutes.
» Do not operate the height adjustment for longer than 6 minutes in any hour.
» The worktop will not rise if the workbench is overloaded.
