- Lift the cover (4.) and place the bag (in well spread conditions) on the welding bar (7.), on
the left of the slide (9.). Make sure that the open side of the bag is inserted in the vacuum
chamber (6.). (Picture 1) - Close the cover.
Introduce the cable plug into a socket and start the air pump by pressing switch (1.).
Slightly press your hands on the cover (4) to produce an initial depression in the vacuum
chamber, until the bag starts adhering to the product (pressing as long as vacuum
packaging has been completed is not necessary).
- The meter gauge shows the vacuum level (depression) achieved by the air pump. The
level is indicative and does not offer an exact measurement.
- During operation the indicator will move from the yellow area (minimum vacuum level) to
the red area (maximum level).
- At first the vacuum gauge indicator shows strong oscillations due to air suction in course;
when the air quantity in the pipes decreases, the indicator settles at a definite position.
- Introduce the plug into a promptly accessible socket.
- Wait for 15 seconds at least before starting the cycle.
AUTOMATIC CYCLE
- Press and release vacuum pump starting switch (1.).
- The units stops automatically after the vacuum/welding cycle is completed.
MANUAL INTERRUPTION OF AUTOMATIC CYCLE
- Should the operating cycle be interrupted for any reasons, press and release the vacuum
pump starting switch (1.).
MANUAL OPERATION
(Welding)
- If you want to carry out welding manually (for example, to weld before the set vacuum
level is reached) while the unit is still in the suction stage, press and release the welding
switch (2.).
- The unit starts welding immediately and stops after about 8 time/power units.
(Suction)
- If you want to change the operation mode (from automatic to manual) while the unit is still
in the suction stage, press and keep pressed the vacuum pump starting switch (1.). -
When the desired vacuum level is reached, start welding manually by pressing welding
switch (2.) and keeping switch (1.) pressed.
- The machine stops automatically after welding.
- If switch (1.) is released during operation, the unit stops.
- Before storing the bag, check that welding has been carried out correctly. No wrinkles or
impurities capable of letting air in shall be present.
VACUUM PACKAGING IN ROLLS
Lift the cover (6.) and place the roll (in well spread conditions) on the welding bar (9.), on
the left of the slide (11.). Make sure that the open side of the roll is NOT inserted in the
vacuum chamber (8.). ( picture1 )
Introduce the cable plug into a socket and start the air pump by pressing switch (1.).
Slightly press your hands on the cover (6) to produce an initial depression in the vacuum
chamber.
When the vacuum level is reached, the welding start automatically .
After welding the unit stops.
Cut the roll and use like a bag.
