6. Align the vertical line in the camera image with two
centrally located reference points on the vehicle, for
example the manufacturer's badge on the front of
the vehicle and the antenna on the roof of the vehi‐
cle.
 The adjustment device is now centrally aligned
with the front of the vehicle.
 The adjustment device is now positioned in front
of the vehicle according to the vehicle-specific
specifications.
7. Attach the vehicle-specific calibration board to the
adjustment device.
8. Use ESI[tronic] 2.0 to start the front camera calibra‐
tion.

Cleaning

Coarse workshop rags and abrasive cleaning
agents may damage the SCT 17 .
 Use only neutral cleaning agents and soft cloths to
clean the SCT 17.

5.3 Changing the USB connecting cable
of the camera
1. Unplug the USB connecting cable from the laptop/
tablet.
2. Unscrew the camera from the camera bracket.
3. Remove the camera cover.
