Betriebsmodus wählen
Mit der Taste CONT (12) kann zwischen den Modi
Auto-CUE und CONTINUE umgeschaltet werden.
Der eingeschaltete Modus wird im Display durch die
entsprechende Einblendung (C) an gezeigt.
a) Im Modus Auto-CUE (Einzeltitelwiedergabe)
schaltet der Player nach jedem Abspielen eines
Titels auf Pause. Dieser Modus ist immer nach
dem Einschalten aktiv und speziell für DJ-Anwen -
dungen vorgesehen. Nach dem Einlesen des
Speichermediums oder nach dem Anwählen
eines Titels steht der Player exakt an der Stelle,
an der die Musik beginnt (meistens nicht bei dem
Zeitindex 0 : 00 : 00, sondern einige Frames
später z. B. 0 : 00 : 15). Diese Stelle wird automa-
tisch als Startpunkt (Auto-Cue-Punkt) gespei-
chert, an gezeigt durch die Einblendung
Nach dem Starten des Titels kann mit der Taste
CUE (9) auf diesen Startpunkt zurückgesprungen
werden.
Nach dem Spielen eines Titels schaltet das
Gerät exakt an der Stelle auf Pause, an der die
Musik des nächsten Titels beginnt. Diese Stelle
ist dann als neuer Startpunkt gespeichert.
b) Im Modus CONTINUE (Endloswiedergabe)
werden alle Titel des aktuellen Ordners endlos
nacheinander abgespielt. Es werden keine Auto-
Cue-Punkte gespeichert (Ausnahme
unten).
Hinweis: Wird bei eingestelltem Modus CONTINUE ein
neues USB-Speichermedium angeschlossen, steht der
Player nach dem Einlesen des Mediums am Anfang des
1. Titels auf Pause, jedoch nicht exakt an der Stelle, an der
die Musik beginnt, sondern bei dem Zeitindex 0 : 00 : 00.
Diese Stelle wird als Auto-Cue-Punkt gespeichert.
5.5.1 Relay-Betrieb
Ist ein zweiter Player CD-70USB an der Buchse
RELAY (32) angeschlossen (

5.5
Selection of operating mode
Switch over between the modes Auto-CUE and
CONTINUE with the button CONT (12). The acti-
vated mode will be indicated on the display by the

a) In the mode Auto-CUE (single title replay), the
player is set to pause after each replay of a title.
This mode is always active after switching on and
specially provided for DJ applications. After read-
ing in the storage medium or after selecting a title,
the player is set to pause precisely on the spot
where the music starts (usually not at the time
index 0 : 00 : 00 but some frames later, e. g.
0 : 00 : 15). This spot is automatically memorized
as a starting point (Auto Cue point) which is
shown by the indication
(H). After starting the
title, it is possible to return to this starting point
with the button CUE (9).
After replaying a title, the unit is set to pause
precisely on the spot where the music of the next
title starts. This spot is then memorized as a new
starting point.
b) In the mode CONTINUE (continuous replay), all
titles of the current folder are replayed continu-
ously in succession. No Auto Cue points will be
memorized (exception
note below).
Note: If a new USB storage medium is connected when
the mode CONTINUE is activated, the player is set to
pause at the beginning of the first title after reading in the
storage medium; however, not precisely on the spot where
the music starts but at the time index 0 : 00 : 00. This spot
is memorized as an Auto Cue point.

Ist der Titel zu Ende gespielt, schaltet das
Gerät auf Pause und das andere Gerät startet
das Abspielen. Dieser Vorgang wiederholt sich
endlos bis zum Ausschalten des Relay-Betriebs.
(Zum Ausschalten des Relay-Betriebs die Tasten
RELAY drücken.)
4) Bei dem auf Pause stehenden Gerät lässt sich
jederzeit das Speichermedium wechseln.
(H).
5) Zum manuellen Wechseln des Abspielens von
einem Gerät zum anderen die Taste PLAY/
PAUSE am Gerät drücken, das gerade abspielt.
Hinweis: Ist für das Gerät, das abspielt, der Modus CON-
TINUE eingestellt, wechselt die Wiedergabe nicht auto-
matisch auf den anderen Player, da in diesem Modus die
Titel endlos ohne Pause abgespielt werden.
5.6
Ruhe-Modus (Sleep)
Steht das Gerät länger als 20 Minuten auf Pause,
schaltet es in einen Ruhemodus. Das Display zeigt
Hinweis
an und alle be leuchteten Tasten erlöschen.
Durch Betätigen einer beliebigen Taste wird in den
vorherigen Betriebsmodus zurückgeschaltet.
5.7
Schneller Vor- und Rücklauf
Der schnelle Vor-/Rücklauf kann nur innerhalb eines
Ordners erfolgen. Zum Einschalten der Funktion
„schneller Vor-/ Rücklauf" die Taste SEARCH (18)
drü cken, die Tastenbeschriftung leuchtet und die
Textzeile (K) zeigt SEARCH. Dann den Drehteller
Kapitel 4), lassen
(8) drehen: rechts herum = Vorlauf, linksherum =
Rücklauf.
5.5.1 Relay mode

4) The storage medium of the unit set to pause can
be exchanged at any time.
5) To change the replay from one unit to the other
manually, press the button PLAY/PAUSE on the
unit currently replaying.
Note: When the mode CONTINUE is adjusted on the unit
currently replaying, the replay will not change automati-
cally to the other player as the titles will be continuously
replayed without pause in this mode.
5.6
Sleep mode
If the unit is set to pause for more than 20 minutes,
it will go to a sleep mode. The display will show
and all illuminated buttons will be extinguished. By
actuation of any button, the unit will return to the pre-
vious operating mode.
5.7
Fast forward/reverse
Fast forward/reverse is possible within a folder only.
To activate the function "fast forward/reverse", press
the button SEARCH (18); the marking of the button
will light up and the text line (K) will show SEARCH.

5.8
Genaues Anfahren einer Stelle
Eine Stelle im Titel lässt sich auf 1 Frame (
kunde) genau anfahren, wenn z. B. die Wiedergabe
nicht am Titelanfang, sondern ab einer bestimmten
Stelle starten soll.
1) Ist die Stelle beim Abspielen oder mit dem
schnellen Vor-/Rücklauf un gefähr erreicht, mit
der Taste PLAY/ PAUSE (10) auf Pause schalten.
2) Mit dem Drehteller (8) die Stelle genau anfahren.
Die angefahrene Stelle wird ständig wiederholt.
3) Ist die Stelle eingestellt, die Taste CUE (9) kurz
drücken. Damit ist die Stelle gespeichert (Cue-
Punkt wird gesetzt
Kapitel 5.10.2) und das
wiederholte Abspielen beendet. Mit der Taste
PLAY/ PAUSE kann nun die Wiedergabe ab die-
sem Punkt gestartet werden.
5.9
Anspielen eines Titels
1) Ist die Betriebsart CONTINUE eingeschaltet [Ein-
blendung CONTINUE (C)], mit der Taste CONT
(12) in den Modus Auto-CUE umschalten.
2) Den gewünschten Titel anwählen (
3) Nach der Titelanwahl steht der Player am Start-
punkt des Titels (Auto-Cue-Punkt
auf Pause. Die Taste CUE (9) gedrückt halten.
Der Titel wird so lange angespielt, wie die Taste
gedrückt gehalten wird.
4) Nach dem Lösen der Taste springt der Player
zurück auf den Startpunkt des Titels und schaltet
auf Pause.

5.8
Precise selection of a certain spot
A spot in a title can precisely be selected with an
accuracy of 1 frame (

second), e. g. for starting

the replay from a certain spot instead of starting it
from the beginning of the title.
1) When the desired spot is roughly reached by
replaying or by fast forward/reverse, set the
player to pause with the button PLAY/PAUSE
(10).
2) Precisely select the spot by turning the jog wheel
(8). The selected spot will be constantly repeated.
3) After adjusting the desired spot, shortly press the
button CUE (9). Thus, the spot will be memorized
(Cue point is set
chapter 5.10.2) and the
repeated replay will end. Now the replay can be
started
from
this
point
with
PLAY/PAUSE.
5.9
Short replay of a title beginning
1) If the operating mode CONTINUE is activated
[insertion CONTINUE (C)], switch over to the
mode Auto-CUE with the button CONT (12).
2) Select the desired title (
chapter 5.3).
3) After title selection, the player is set to pause at
the starting point of the title (Auto Cue point
chapter 5.5). Keep the button CUE (9)
