2. Loosen the 6 hexagonal screws M5x16 and
remove the module unit
3. In order to achieve optimal exhaust
capacity, the hood must be situated in the
center of the cooking area. Plot the middle of
the hood on the ceiling using a plumb line.
Then position the installation stencil provided
on the midpoint and transfer the attachment
holes to the ceiling. Make sure that the
operating side is forward! Then create the
ceiling opening.

4. Create the attachment holes on the ceiling
(hole diameter 10mm) and insert the screw
anchors provided. Now screw the machine
screws into the screw anchors and allow them
to protrude by approximately 20mm. Attach
the hood to the machine screws using
washers and nuts. Now attach the retaining
screw (protection against twisting.) Make sure
that the operating panel is on the operating
side. Position the hood and tighten the nuts.
5. Cut the exhaust hose to the necessary
length and feed it into the hood via the gap in
the roof, so that it protrudes from under the
hood by approximately 100mm.
Now create the electrical connection to the
power supply. Place the exhaust hose onto
the connection posts of the module and
connect it using hose clamps.
6. Now place the module unit back inside the
hood. Installation of the module unit and metal
filter including glass pane takes place in the
reverse order of the sequence described in 1
and 2.
7. The exhaust hose must always be laid out
in a manner in which it is not bent. Be certain
to disconnect the plug from the outlet before
conducting electrical work on the exhaust
hood.
8. Now conduct a function test.
