6.2 Lautstärkeabsenkung
bei Mikrofondurchsagen
Um Durchsagen über den Kanal 1 besser verständ-
lich zu machen, kann die Lautstärke der anderen
Kanäle automatisch abgesenkt werden, wenn in das
Mikrofon des Kanals 1 gesprochen wird. Mit dem
Regler MUTE (36) einstellen, wie stark die Laut-
stärke der anderen Kanäle bei einer Durchsage
abgesenkt werden soll:
Regler steht ganz links
keine Lautstärkeabsenkung
Regler steht ganz rechts
maximale Lautstärkeabsenkung
6.3 Gong /Alarmsirene
1) Vor einer Durchsage kann der Gong mit der Taste
CHIME (2) oder mit einer eventuell zusätzlich
angeschlossenen Taste (an den Klemmen 19)
aktiviert werden. Während der Gong ertönt, redu-
ziert sich die Lautstärke aller Kanäle, jedoch
nicht die des Kanals CH 1.
2) Die Alarmsirene lässt sich mit einer der beiden
Tasten SIREN (4) ein- und ausschalten:
Taste ~ für an- und abschwellende Sirene
Taste - für gleichmäßigen Dauerton
Solange die Sirene ertönt, werden alle Kanäle
stummgeschaltet, jedoch nicht Kanal CH 1.

6.2 Volume attenuation with microphone
announcements
To improve the intelligibility of announcements via
the channel 1, the volume of the other channels can
automatically be attenuated when talking into the
microphone of channel 1. Adjust with the control
MUTE (36) to which extent the volume of the other
channels is to be attenuated in case of an an-
nouncement:
control at the left stop
no volume attenuation
control at the right stop
maximum volume attenuation

6.3 Chime/alarm siren

1) Prior to an announcement it is possible to
activate the chime with the button CHIME (2) or
with a button additionally connected (to the termi-
nals 19), if necessary. If the chime sounds, the
volume of all channels is reduced, however, not
the volume of channel CH 1.
2) The alarm siren can be switched on and off with
one of the two buttons SIREN (4):
button ~ for howling siren
button - for continuous siren
As long as the siren sounds, all channels are
muted, however, not channel CH 1.
