Orders for spare parts must be made solely to:
and must contain the following information:
•
Lift model and serial number, year of manufacture.These
data are stampedon the identifi cation plate (fi g. 1A-
1B).
•
Code number of the part required.This can be obtained
from thedrawings below.
•
Description of the part and quantity required.
•
Shipment means and procedures.
In case this information is not provided, although SPANESI
S.p.A. pays particular attention to its spare parts service,
it will not be responsible for any delays in shipment due to
cause of force majeure.
In the event that the warranty is expired or annulled,
shipping expenses must be borne by the receiver of the
goods unless agreed otherwise.The goods travel at the
customer's risk even if sold carriage-free.
The exploded drawings and tables for the identifi cation of
the spare parts required for ordering are provided below.
