El presente manual y el manual de "Instrucciones
técnicas para la instalación y el mantenimiento" son
parte integrante y esencial del producto. Ambos deben
ser conservados por el usuario con cuidado y deberán
acompañar siempre a la caldera, aún en el caso de
cederla a otro propietario o usuario y/o transferirla a
otra instalación.
Lea atentamente las instrucciones y las advertencias
contenidas en el presente manual y en el manual
de instalación y mantenimiento ya que suministran
importantes indicaciones referidas a la seguridad de la
instalación, el uso y el mantenimiento.
Este aparato sirve para producir agua caliente para uso domiciliario.
Se debe conectar a una instalación de calefacción compatible con
sus prestaciones y con su potencia.
Está prohibido su uso con fi nalidades diferentes a las especifi cadas.
El fabricante no se considera responsable por los daños derivados
de usos impropios, incorrectos e irracionales o por no respetar las
instrucciones contenidas en el presente manual.
El técnico instalador debe estar habilitado para la instalación de
aparatos para la calefacción y al fi nalizar el trabajo, debe entregar
al comprador la declaración de conformidad. La instalación, el
mantenimiento y cualquier otra operación, se deben realizar
respetando las normas vigentes y las indicaciones suministradas
por el fabricante.
En caso de avería y/o mal funcionamiento, apague el aparato, cierre
el grifo de gas y no intente repararlo, llame a personal especializado.
Las reparaciones, realizadas utilizando exclusivamente repuestos
originales, deben ser realizadas solamente por técnicos
especializados. No respetar lo indicado arriba, puede afectar la
seguridad del aparato y hace caducar toda responsabilidad del
fabricante.
En el caso de trabajos o de mantenimiento de estructuras ubicadas
en las cercanías de los conductos o de los dispositivos de descarga
de humos y sus accesorios, apague el aparato y una vez fi nalizados
los trabajos, solicite a personal técnico especializado que verifi que
la efi ciencia de los conductos o de los dispositivos.
En el caso de no utilizar la caldera por un tiempo prolongado, es
necesario:
- desconectarla de la alimentación eléctrica llevando el interruptor
externo a la posición "OFF";
- cerrar los grifos de gas, de la instalación térmica y de la instalación
de agua para uso domiciliario;
- vaciar la instalación térmica y la sanitaria si hay peligro de
congelamiento.
Si debe desactivar en forma defi nitiva la caldera, haga realizar las
operaciones por personal técnico especializado.
Para la limpieza de las partes externas, apague la caldera y lleve
el interruptor externo a la posición "OFF". No utilice ni conserve
sustancias fácilmente infl amables en el ambiente en el que está
instalada la caldera.

This appliance is designed to produce hot water for domestic use.

The use of the appliance for purposes other than those specifi ed is
strictly forbidden. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for
any damage caused by improper, incorrect and unreasonable use
of the appliance or by the failure to comply with the instructions
given in this manual.
Installation, maintenance and all other interventions must be
carried out in full conformity with the governing legal regulations
and the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Incorrect
installation can harm persons, animals and possessions; the
manufacturing company shall not be held responsible for any
damage caused as a result.
In the event of any maintenance or other structural work in the
immediate vicinity of the ducts or fl ue gas exhaust devices and
their accessories, switch the appliance off by switching the external
bipolar switch to the "OFF" position and shutting off the gas valve.
When the work has been completed, ask a qualifi ed technician to
check the effi ciency of the ducting and the devices.
If the boiler should be out of use for a prolonged period, it is
recommended that the electrical power supply be disconnected
and that the external gas cock be closed. If low temperatures are
expected, the boiler and system pipe work should be drained in
order to prevent frost damage.
Turn the boiler off and turn the external switch "OFF" to clean the
exterior parts of the appliance.
Do not allow children or inexperienced persons to use the
appliance without supervision.
