Measuring temperature
permanently: The probe remains
permanently inside the meat,
even while the meat is being
cooked in the oven. Make sure the
temperature indication is visible
enough through the oven door

of the oven during preparation. The
probe is inserted selectively into
the meat to check the temperature.

After use

− Remove the probe tip again and
wipe it down with a soft, damp
cloth.
