Confirm the pins is complete upspring and locked the axle and rear wheels; if the
pins are not complete upspring, the inner rod is protruding at the same time, this
is a sign that the axle needs to be adjusted. A wrench will be needed to move the
nut while keeping the axle in a fixed position.
Please, adjust the nut of axle to increase the effective critical length from pins to
nut, until the pins are complete upspring and the inner rod is inside the axle.
Please, note to check the axles frequently during use, if find the pins can't be
upspring and/or the axles can't work, must replace it at once and please don't
use wheelchair when the axles are broken or defective.
Warning: Replacement axles are not adjusted to your chair. They must be
adapted following the steps in this paragraph for a proper assembly of the
wheels. Please observe the side (R, L) during adaption.
Please note, the critical length couldn't be longer too much than wigth of E
plus F (Figure

Warning: Before use wheelchair, please do confirm the rear wheels were
fully inserted and settled, otherwise maybe cause the rear wheels deta-
ching and personal injury and please adjust as above method.
