COmmISSIONINg power the control unit and check the status of the input terminals (the led's for normally closed contacts should be on)
the control unit should always be programmed with the closing limit switch occupied (door closed) or after powering the control unit and before
the start command.
PrOgrAmmINg THE SAFETY INPuT: the saFetY input is used for connecting photocells, mechanical edge or resistive edge safety devices; to select
the type of device press the set button, led dl1 will start to flash, then press the p.close button to enable selection of the safety device. led dl1
will flash cyclically, showing the current programming status:
- one flash every 2 seconds for the mechanical edge (reversing only during closing for approx. 2 seconds) normally closed contact
- 2 flashes every 2 seconds for the resistive edge (reversing only during closing for approx. 2 seconds)
Warning: this is not a normally closed contact, under normal conditions, over the terminals there is a resistance of 8.2Kohms, if the edge is
pressed the resistance falls to 0 ohms. the saFetY led for this configuration is not on under normal conditions, and only lights up when the edge
is pressed.
- 3 flashes every 2 seconds for the photocell (default – factory setting) reverses only during closing and opens the door completely
every time the p.close button is pressed, flashing frequency changes to indicate the type of safety device being installed.
nB: after selecting the type of safety device, to exit programming press the set Button
STOrINg THE rADIO CONTrOLS: press the set button once, led dl1 will start flashing, the control unit is now ready to receive a new code (up to
a maximum of 32 different codes) and will wait for the code for a maximum of 11 seconds.
DELETINg A rADIO CONTrOL: press the set button and the p.close button simultaneously for no more than one second, led ld1 will start flashing
quickly, press the key of the radio control that is to be removed (the control unit will wait for a maximum of 11 seconds).
DELETINg ALL rADIO CONTrOLS FrOm THE mEmOrY: press the set button and the p.close button simultaneously and keep them pressed for at
least 11 seconds; during this phase led dl1 will flash quickly; when the led goes off release the 2 keys (default-factory setting)
SETTINg AuTOmATIC CLOSINg TImE: press the set key (led dl1 starts to flash), within 11 seconds press the p.open key (led dl1 will flash quickly
and the courtesy light will come on every second to indicate the automatic closing setting, e.g. 30 times on = 60 seconds). after setting the desired
time press the p.open key again.
DISABLINg AuTOmATIC CLOSINg: press the set key (led dl1 starts to flash), within 11 seconds press the p.open key twice (led dl1 will go off)
(default-factory setting)
rESTOrINg THE FACTOrY (DEFAuLT) SETTINgS: power the control unit keeping the set key pressed, until led dl1 comes on, when the key is
released automatic closing will be disabled, the saFetY input will be set for photocell operation and no transmitter will be stored.
TESTINg: to be carried out with the door half open and only after installing all the safety devices required by the legislation in force, in order to
reduce every risk as far as possible.
