Probable cause
1. The "startStop Control"
function has been
activated. The iron is set
to stand-by.

heating up or cooling
down to the selected
temperature.
1. The temperature of the
soleplate (12) is too
high.

shot of steam button (7)
repeatedly without
waiting for 5 seconds
between each press.

mode has been
selected.

Solution
1. Grip the handle of the
iron to re-start it.
