TESTING
Whole facility testing where the control unit is inserted has to be carried out by qualified
personnel who will provide for the tests requested from the present risk.
BEFORE _check the connections
SUPPLYING _take all the trimmer at minimum
AUTOMATION _plan the dip switches as wished
_take the trasformer at minimum voltage position
_check the radio card inserting
When the tests are finished the power supply is possible.
SUPPLY _check the inputs correct operating through relative leds (ON
if N.C. contact led red, OFF if N.A. led green)
_adjust the motor power in compliance with the current laws
_check the correct motor direction
_adjust the pause and operating trimmer
_carry out a final check
MAINTENANCE
For any functional anomaly, for repairs, maintenances or adjustments, it is necessary
to rely on qualified personnel.
DISPOSAL
The material removal has to be carried out observing the current laws.
