Kneader Operation
•
Lift the pan lid and put the required mix in-
gredients into the pan.
•
Close the pan lid.
•
Select the working time via the timer
("continuous operation" or "timed opera-
tion").
•
Start the machine by pressing the start
button "I"; machine start can only be con-
trolled if the pan is in place and the lid is
down.
•
Using the special handwheel, adjust the
speed according to the type of operation;
for harder mixes select a low speed, for

Always start working at low speed to pre-
vent product splashes or leaks. Then in-
crease speed by degrees. To knead flour-
based dough, we remind you that it is al-
ways recommended to first pour water into
the pan.
End-day cleaning
•
At the end of a work day, unplug the ma-
chine from the power mains.
•
Thoroughly clean the machine using neu-
tral detergents.
•
The pan and beater only are dishwasher-
safe.
Long periods of inactivity
If the machine is to be left idle for long peri-
ods of time, turn off the main wall switch,
thoroughly clean the machine and cover it
with a sheet to protect it from dust.
OPERATION AND

After operation completion, press the stop
button "O"; if "timed operation" had been
selected the machine will automatically
stop when the timer returns to "zero".

Lift the lid and remove the pan to empty it
of the processed product.

After any operation cycle has been com-
pleted, wash the pan and beater in hot wa-
ter and soap .

Wipe the beater spindle and inner face of
the lid with a damp sponge.
•
Rinse and wipe dry.
For harder mixes which would imply exces-
sive stress on the beater, add water to the
product during kneading.
For small additions during operation, use
the front spout.
•
Wipe the machine outer parts with a damp
sponge.
•
Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaning
products.
•
Rinse and wipe dry.
