6. When switched off, the set values (segment or ring
lighting as well as intensity level) are stored and
remain stored when switched on again.
7. Position the magnifying light at the desired work-
ing height.
8. Press the large button in the middle to turn off the
magnifier lamp.
9. To disconnect the device from the power supply,
unplug the AC adapter y from the socket.
10. Close the protective cover w after use to protect the
lens q from dust and contamination and to prevent
the burning lens effect when exposed to sunlight.
Accessories
A transparent lens protection for clamping under the
lens is available for work that generates dust, chips,
etc. (article number: 277702).

Care Instructions

When the magnifier lamp is not in use, the lens cover
w should be closed.
Pull the AC adapter out of the socket before
cleaning!
Clean the housing and arm with a damp cloth. Clean
the lens q with a soft, lint-free cloth (e.g. glasses
cleaning cloth). In case of heavy soiling (e.g. finger-
prints), clean the lens q carefully with a damp cloth.
Do not use any soap solutions that contain softening
agents, alcohol-based solvents or abrasive cleansers!
These could destroy the lens q.
