Winter heating curve (radiating), dynamic compensation coefficient:
Multiplier of the difference, between the set room temperature, and
the measured one, that represents the dynamic compensation of the
temperature curve winter. If the KCTR is not connected, or in case of
alarm AMBT, such compensation is not active
