1. RECOMENDACIONES
Seguir atentamente las instrucciones de seguridad incluidas en el
manual de la máquina utilizada.
2. DATOS TÉCNICOS
El portaplantillas VIRUTEX AO93/AM94 está diseñado para situar y
encajar todo tipo de pernios y bisagras con fresadora, en marcos y
puertas, tanto derechas como izquierdas y para cualquiera de las
alturas estandarizadas, 191, 203, 211 cm o medida intermedia entre
las dos primeras. Puede emplearse en puertas y marcos de 35 o 45
mm de galce, incluso para puertas de cualquier espesor y marcos
sin galce. Pueden utilizarse las fresadoras Virutex FR92D, AS93 con
el cabezal de pernios CPN66.
En su versión estandard el modelo AO93 se suministra con plantillas
para pernios de 95 mm en puerta y marco de 35 mm y el modelo AM94
con plantillas para pernios de 150x85 mm en puerta y marco de 45 mm.
Es posible fabricar bajo pedido, un juego de plantillas para cualquier
tipo de pernio, previo envio de la muestra e indicación del espesor
de la puerta o profundidad del galce del marco.
3. MONTAJE DEL PORTAPLANTILLAS (Fig. 1)
Colocar los tramos laterales del portaplantillas en el cuerpo central
del mismo y hacer coincidir los taladros correspondientes a la lon-
gitud de la puerta deseada (191, 203, 211 o intermedia) fijándolas
a continuación con los pomos correspondientes.
4. ENCAJE DEL MARCO
Colocar el portaplantillas en el marco, tal como indica la (Fig.5), según
se trate de abertura a derecha o a izquierda, haciendo tope las plaquitas
B (Fig. 3) en el galce interior del mismo y el tornillo A (Fig. 2) en la
parte superior, fijando a continuación los clavos C (Fig. 3) sobre el
marco con lo cual quedará listo para iniciar el fresado de los encajes.
Para marcos en los que no sea posible trabajar haciendo tope en
el interior del galce, hay que colocar la medida del grueso de la
puerta, para el que tenemos hechas las plantillas del pernio, desde
la cara exterior de la plancha B (Fig. 3) hasta el tornillo D (Fig. 3).
La colocación del portaplantillas en el marco será análoga al caso
anterior pero en lugar de hacer tope con la plancha B (Fig.3) en el
interior del galce, haremos tope sobre el saliente del tornillo D (Fig.
3) en la parte externa del marco.
ENCAJES EN EL MARCO (Fig. 2)
A= Proporciona la franquicia superior puerta-marco.
B= Da la holgura para el grueso de pintura o barniz.
5. ENCAJE EN LA PUERTA
Colocar el portaplantillas en la puerta, tal como indica la (Fig.6),
cuidando de que las planchas B (Fig. 3) hagan tope en la cara X (Fig.
4) de la puerta y la plancha E (Fig. 3) lo haga en la parte superior de
la misma. Clavar los clavos C (Fig. 3) y efectuar los encajes.
Para puertas de espesor superior a 45 mm deberemos colocar la
medida del grueso de la puerta para el que tenemos hechas las
plantillas del pernio, desde la cara exterior de la plancha B (Fig. 3)
hasta el tornillo D (Fig. 3).
La colocación del portaplantillas en la puerta será análoga al caso
anterior pero en lugar de hacer tope en la cara X (Fig. 4) con las
planchas B (Fig. 3), lo haremos con los tornillos D (Fig.3) por la cara
opuesta de la puerta.
6. GARANTIA
Todos los productos VIRUTEX tienen una garantía válida para 12
meses a partir del día de su suministro, quedando excluidas todas
las manipulaciones o daños ocasionados por manejos inadecuados
o por desgaste natural del producto.
VIRUTEX se reserva el derecho de modificar sus productos sin
previo aviso.

1. RECOMMENDATIONS
Follow carefully the safety instructions included in the operating
instructions of the machine you will use.
2. TECHNICAL DATA
The VIRUTEX AO93/AM94 template is designed for locating and
laying-in all types of hinges and butt hinges by means of a trimmer
in both frames and doors, left or right handed, including all standard
heights 191, 203, 211 cm, or for measurements between 191 and
203. It can be used on doors or frames with 35 or 45 mm rebate as
well as on doors of any thickness and on frames without rebate. The
Virutex trimmers, models FR92D and AS93 (with the CPN66 head)
can be used with these templates.
In its standard version, model AO93 is supplied with templates for
hinges of 95 mm on door and 35 mm frame, and model AM94 is supplied
with templates for hinges of 150x85 mm on door and 45 mm frame.
On request, a set of templates can be manufactured for any type of
hinge, following receipt of the sample and indication of the thickness
of the door or depth of the rabbet of the frame.
3. MOUNTING THE TEMPLATE (Fig. 1)
Locate the lateral sections of the template on the central section
and make the corresponding drill-holes coincide according to the
length of the door required (191, 203, 211 or intermediate); then
make it fast with the relative pommels.
4. LAYING-IN ON THE FRAME
Locate the template on the frame as shown in the (Fig. 5) according
to whether the door opens to the right or the left. The plates B (Fig.
3) should be touching the inside rebate of the frame and the screw
A (Fig. 2) the upper part. Next, the studs are fixed over the frame
and the frame is now ready for trimming.
For frames where it is not possible to work fitting the template on the
inside of the inside of the rebate, it is necessary to position it for the
thickness of the door for which the hinges templates have been made
from the outside face of the plate B (Fig. 3) to the screw D (Fig. 3).
The location of the template on the frame is similar to the previous
case, but in place of fitting plate B (Fig. 3) to the interior of therebate
we fit it over the projection of the screw D (Fig. 3) on the external
part of the frame.
FRAME LAYING-IN (Fig. 2)
A= Gives the upper door-frame clearance.
B= Gives the clearance for the paint or varnish.
5. LAYING-IN ON THE DOOR
Position the template on the door as shown in the (Fig. 6) and make
sure that the plates B (Fig. 3) fit against face X (Fig. 4) of the door
