Carefully remove the control unit from its box.
Remove the light cover from the top of the unit by pressing in at the
bottom on both sides (see arrows) and lifting it away from the unit. The
front cover can now be lifted a few centimetres clear of the unit.
While holding the front cover, push the LED from the front side of the
cover until it exits at the back.
Unplug the front cover buttons connector lead from the circuit board
socket, gripping it firmly between finger and thumb. Place the lid to one
side.
Move the door to a mid position.
