· Steamer
The steamer is perfectly suited to cook
foodstuffs, such as vegetables, meat,
sausages, bread, fish, etc. You can use the
following combination:
Base + Steamer tray and/or Steamer +
Steamer lid
Use this combination for larger amounts
of the same type of food, e.g. vegetables,
potatoes, or large pieces of meat or
sausages. Please follow the steps below:
1. Install the blade.
2. Add water (0.5 l ≤ water ≤ 2 l) in the
jar. (Caution: The water in the jar should
exceed 0.5 liter. This amount of water can
be used to steam food for 30 minutes.)
3. Place the airtight seal (C) on the lid, and
close the lid.
4. Install the jar onto the main body.
5. Turn the lock of the main body to locked position.
6. Place the steamer base on the jar.
7. Put the food on the steamer, close the lid, and place the steamer on its base.
8. Plug the appliance and turn on the power switch.
9. Choose the steaming mode and set the temperature at 100 ºC.
· How to use the stirring attachment (Butterfly whisk):
The butterfly whisk will help you achieve better results while whipping cream, or beating
mayonnaise or egg whites.
How to attach or remove the butterfly whisk
1. Hold the ball-shaped end of the butterfly.
2. Insert the butterfly on the upper part of the blade.
3. If you want to remove the butterfly from the blade, just hold the ball-shaped end and pull it
out with small rotations in both directions.
4. The speed is limited (1-5) when using the butterfly whisk. Otherwise, the butterfly whisk
could easily break.
· How to use the butterfly whisk:
Please follow the steps below:
1. Install the blade and butterfly, and put food into the jar.
2. Close the lid.
3. Install the jar onto the main body.
