D. During bag emptying, check the correct
placement of the protective cap above the
impeller. If needed, adjust it manually above
the impeller.
E. The bag collapses as it is drained.
To obtain nearly 100% fluid recovery, lift
the bag at the end of the operation.
F. When the dispensing is complete, stop
the mixing (if required), clamp the line and
disconnect the main drain line from the
dispensing tube of the Flexel
®
LevMixer
.
G. When the bag is completely drained,
open the front hinged door by removing the
locking systems and slide away the 4-port
system front gate.
H. Remove the bag by carefully pulling
the impeller seat and the tube out of their
holder.
I. Always put the protective shield back on
the bag before disposal.

J. Discard the Flexel
Bag for LevMixer
accordance with the procedures used on
your site.

9. Disconnection from the facil-

A. Stop the heat transfer fluid circulation
through the dimple jacket circuit of the
Palletank
internal procedure.
B. Close the two manual ball valves and
disconnect the inlet and outlet connections.
C. Drain the dimple jacket by opening the
manual ball valve on the outlet. There is no
need to drain the heat transfer fluid from
the circuit if the Palletank
within the next few weeks.

10. Troubleshooting

A. The front door will not close:
– Check that the bag and|or tubing are not
caught between the frame and the door.
B. The heat transfer fluid circuit will not fill:

– Check that all inlet and outlet tubing of
the facility's water network or stand-alone
heating|cooling system for the heat trans-
fer fluid are correctly connected to the
corresponding inlet and outlet tubing of
the Palletank
®
. Please refer to chapter "5.2
Connection to the facility's water network
or stand-alone heating|cooling system".
– Check that the tubing between the facili-
ty's water network or stand-alone heat-
ing|cooling system and the Palletank
not pinched or kinked.
– Check that the two manual ball valves are
open.
