Printout unreadable
Green pilot lamp does not light up
Green pilot lamp flashes slowly
Changing paper
• Insertion of a new roll of paper is described on page 5. Order number for paper, see page 9.
Replacing the ribbon

• 2..4 Remove ribbon cover.

Possible cause
• Ribbon worn/entangled
• Service life of printing unit at an end
• No power, fuse defective
• Balance waiting for stability/cable not attached
Pull paper out of printing unit.
Remove ribbon cartridge (press in direction of arrow).
Insert new ribbon (if need be, take up slack with tensioning wheel 6).
Refit ribbon cover.
Insert paper and feed through slit in the printing unit as far as it will go.
Press and hold until sufficient paper has been fed in.
