To prepare the machine for work, do the following operations:
1. Insert the male quick disconnect coupling (located at the end of the foam/rinse pipe) into
the female quick disconnect coupling (located on the regulation panel).
2. Connect the foam/rinse accessory to the foam/rinse pipe and then check that the outlet
valve is open. In this way foam is allowed to go out through the accessory.
3. Put some fresh water into the solution tank, using the provided pipe. Put only water,
without chemical. Use clean buckets only. In fact, the water put in the tank will be used
later also for rinsing.
4. Verify that the chemical tank is well connected to the input of the detergent on the
regulation panel and that it is not empty.
NOTE: The machine was studied to work correctly with the product SANEX FOAM. We
cannot grant the correct working of the machine with different products.
5. Verify that the ANTI-FOAM tank is not empty. The machine, during the vacuuming,
automatically picks up a dosed flow of antifoam, to avoid that foam is sucked by the
motor.
6. Connect the plug of the machine to a proper electrical socket, provided of grounding.
Read carefully the indications in the safety regulation paragraph.
The cleaning process is carried out through 3 steps:
A. Foam spraying and chemical action,
B. Rinsing and finishing,
C. Vacuuming the residual of liquid.
