Glo-Ray
Fry Holding Stations ensure fried foods will remain

at optimum temperatures without cooking or drying them out.
Standard models are constructed of aluminum and stainless
steel featuring a POWER I/O (ON/OFF) switch, a preset
thermostatically-controlled heated base, ceramic upper heating
element(s), stainless steel trivet with sectional divider, and a
1829 mm (6') cord and plug set.
Various options and accessories can be supplied to customize
the Fry Holding Station. Refer to the OPTIONS AND
ACCESSORIES section near the back of this manual for
details.
