Frequently check belt pressure. The belt is
 
located under the side guard. Unscrew guard
to check belt pressure. If necessary, adjust
it or replace it. When belt pressure is not
enough, its life is compromised.

Loosen the screws (1) and remove the belt
 
cover (2);
After loosening the motor mounting bolts
 
move it to the right and / or left until the
proper belt tension;
Before assembling the cardan, check whether
the number of revolutions and the direction of
the revolutions is the same of that of the tractor.
Carefully read cardan and tractor instructions
manual. Before starting to work, check whether
safety protections on movable parts of the
machine, cardan and tractor are in place. Pay
special attention to safety protection guards that
cover the cardan.

Belt Adjustment
Retighten the motor fixing screws and
 
reassemble the belt cover.
Belt adjustment TRR 280
Loosen the screws (1) of the gearbox (2);
 
Then loosen the nut (3) to be able to move
 
the gearbox (2) by the screw (4), becomes the
proper belt tension;
After tightening the belt tightening the nut (3)
 
and screws (1).
Cardan Assembly
Disconnect the two parts of the cardan (male/
 
female).
Couple cardan to tractor discharge power.
 
Place the two parts of the cardan parallel
 
to each other and mark the cutting area,
allowing 2.5 cm on each end.
Cut excess on male and female ends.
