Gearbox
Check the oil level in the sight glass (2);
 
Change the oil after the first 50 hours;
 
Oils exchanges must be performed every 300
 
hours, remove the pressure relief valve (1) and
cap (3), removing the oil in the bottom of the box
through the plug channel (3);
Replace the cap (3), fill the gearbox with oil
 
1.75L SAE 140 Class API-GL5 and close the
gearbox with the pressure relief valve (1).

Maintenance and servicing

Before servicing the machine, stop the motor,
disconnect from TDP, use parking brakes and
place equipment horizontally on the ground.
Before injecting lubricant through grease
fittings, clean them to prevent dust and weird
objects from getting mixed with the grease,
decreasing the lubrication effect.
Regularly lubricate equipment for efficiency,
to extend life and improve performance. Inject
grease through grease fittings with a pump.
Lubrication
The only lubrication point is the bearing;
 
Lubrication should be done weekly;
 
Use grease for bearings;
 
Avoid excess of grease as it can cause
 
premature wear of the bearings.
Note: The lubrication must be made through the
opening (1) on the top of the belt cover (2).

Access to blades and hammers

To assure good operation of the equipment,
frequently check whether blades are in good
condition, sharp and screws are properly secured.
To inspect blades:
Disconnect the machine;
 
Loosen locking handles (A) of the funnel (B);
 
Slowly open the funnel to the maximum
 
open position;
Check the status of each blade.
