according to the classification criteria outlined in Annex IX of the directive.
The declaration of conformity was therefore created by the manufacturer
with sole responsibility according to Annex VII of the directive.

The manufacturer warrants this device from the date of purchase. The war­
ranty covers defects that can be proven to be a direct result of flaws in the
material, production or construction and that are reported to the manufac­
turer within the warranty period.

1.1 Conception et fonctionnement

L'adaptateur de vissage mobile 4R103 permet de procéder à des ajuste­
ments de translation au niveau de l'extrémité proximale de l'adaptateur tubu­
laire. Il est alors possible de déplacer parallèlement les composants distaux
de la prothèse modulaire indépendamment de l'angle donné par les pyra­
mides de réglage. Les réglages peuvent être effectués soit sur le plan frontal
(médial ou latéral) soit sur le plan sagittal (antérieur ou postérieur). Ceci est
possible également lorsque le patient porte la prothèse.
